What is Executive Living?

Welcome to Executive Living Ltd.

We are a family run business and our aim is to provide the best accommodation to our clients, the best service at the best prices.  We have properties available to suit the kind of rental you need.  We have properties to Let on a room by room basis which are furnished to a high level and the rentals include ALL BILLS, wireless internet and a monthly cleaning service.  We have city centre apartments and out of city luxury living.  Shared apartments or 'whole Let' apartments.  We have family homes where you may want to rent with or without furnishings.  We aim to find you what you are looking for and then offer you a beautiful home which is well maintained.  Our safety standards are of the very highest level and our properties are managed to keep your living environment comfortable for you to enjoy.

Who is Executive Living Ltd?

Executive Living Ltd are interested in high standards and keeping informed about the needs of our clients and the requirements of our industry.  In order to offer the best service we are involved in the Property Industry whilst being aware that our most important role is to keep our clients comfortable, safe and happy in their homes.  We offer fair rental charges for the highest levels of accommodation and service.

To ensure that we are aware of current changes in the industry and contributors to the property environment we value our community and responsibilities.

We are members of The National Landlords Association - one of our directors won the EAST OF ENGLAND PROPERTY WOMAN OF THE YEAR 2010 AWARD.  We are very proud of this achievement.

We are members of the Residential Landlords Association.

We are members of the Eastern Landlords Association - one of our directors is the Chairman of the Norwich Branch.

We adhere to the guidelines and standards of these associations which gives our clients reassurance, security and trust in our services.

Two of our directors are also Parish Councillors.

We have over 20 years experience in the property letting world.  We run our business online and do not have high street premises or expensive offices and so do not need to charge on to our clients agency fees and high charges for services.

We are friendly and welcoming to our clients and always like to remember that our properties are your home.

 

What are the Properties Like?

At Executive Living Ltd we specialise in providing accommodation for a variety of needs.  Most of our properties are modern, contemporary environments.

We have three storey shared houses where you can rent a room at a very affordable price and have the advantage of a low rent but all your bills are paid for you.  All your furniture is provided.  All your china, your cutlery, your cooking utensils, pots and pans.  You have the use of a large kitchen fully equipped with a double oven, large fridge freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine.  Shared bathroom and shower, or maybe a room with an en suite bathroom attached for your own private use.  You have wireless internet provided throughout the house.  In the lounge area you have modern sofas and rugs with wide screen TV. These houses have outdoor living space for summer barbecues and even a cleaning service for the shared areas once a month to help to keep on top of the chores! These shared properties have state of the art fire systems for your safety and you have a key to the front door and your own individual room.

We have beautifully furnished city centre or out of city one and two bedroom apartments.  Some of these are available on a share option where you have your own room and then share the communal areas with one other person with all your bills included.  Some are rented on a traditional single rent basis not including your bills. These apartments are furnished with high end Italian leather sofas and leather beds.  Wireless internet is included and in some apartments you each have your own bathroom.

We have family homes where you rent the whole house, furnished or unfurnished.

Our styles of properties are flexible and varied. You tell us what you are looking for and we can tell you what we have available and keep you informed.  You can decide how you want to rent and we will try to find you the property that suits your budget and requirements.

We believe that the key to a successful rental is communication and so we have a 24 hour telephone service.  If your call is out of office hours, leave a message and we will call you back.  If you have an emergency - we will contact you back straight away.

Our properties are all maintained to a high level and all our safety standards are to the highest level.  We want you to be safe, comfortable and happy.
